Sample Service Contract
One-time Service
Specialties Gourmet Personal Chef Service will work with you to customize your meals. The customized menu will be presented to you in advance for your approval.

At the signing of this contract, the one-time service fee of $____________ which includes menu planning, complete grocery shopping, meal preparation, and storage. Should you desire additional entrees for guests, notification is required two days in advance, at which time the fee will be determined.

One-time Service: We will plan, shop for, and prepare __________ entrees (depending upon a fresh fish selection), as well as some side dishes, for ________ persons. We will give you detailed instructions for completing the entrees and side dish suggestions, if needed, to round out the meals.

Meal Plan: The following meal plan will be implemented and executed per the terms of this agreement.

  • Standard Service: This service includes actual meal preparation and groceries.
    • Basic Service Plan - Your choice of soup or salad & 3 entrees (3 - 4 hours)
    • Deluxe Service Plan - Your choice of soup or salad, 5 entrees, and dessert (5 - 6 hours)
    • Casserole Service Plan - Your choice of soup and salad, plus 5 casseroles (4 - 5 hours)

Payment Arrangements: Payment is required upon your approval of the service menu. (One week prior to service.)

Disclaimer: Specialties Gourmet Personal Chef Service has been educated and trained in the proper handling and storage of foods, and utilizes those practices to ensure that your food will be an enjoyable, safe food product. However, once Specialties Gourmet Personal Chef Service properly has completed its service, you are responsible for continuing proper food storage and handling techniques to prevent any food-borne illness.
