CLASS FORMATS
|
- Seminar - An interesting lecture that covers healthy meal planning, shopping and preparation. The class also provides details on how to lead your family towards a healthier lifestyle.
- Cooking Demonstrations - The Specialties Gourmet Chef will prepare recipes for the students and provide tasty samples. Students will receive recipe cards to take home.
- Hands On Cooking Workshops - This is an interactive workshop where the Specialties Gourmet Chef and the students prepare the entire menu together. Everyone cooks, and everyone eats! Recipe Cards will be provided. Aprons are available upon request.
