 Specialties Gourmet's summer cooking camp taught over 60 enthusiastic junior chefs how to prepare delicious yet healthful meals. "The kids were really cooking. They made everything from Sushi to Shish Kebabs!", said Chef Matrell. "We had a ball! I really enjoyed teaching the kids how to use equipment properly, how to use the correct cooking methods, and most importantly, how to have fun in the kitchen. None of it would have been possible without the help of the counselor team. The ladies really did a wonderful job assisting the campers, and helping keep order."
