Specialties Gourmet @ Bethel Assisted Living .......
Specialties Gourmet held a "Healthy Cooking" demonstration for the senior residents of the Bethel Assisted Living facility, Tallahassee during their Health Fair.

Chef Matrell and members of the Specialties Gourmet Team worked together to put on an informative demonstration that featured healthy cooking techniques and recipes that could be easily prepared by seniors.

"As a Professional Chef, I believe it is my duty to help others improve their lives through food." Chef Matrell exclaims. "I have always believed in providing service and giving my time, energy and resources to help others in any way I could. Spending time with the Seniors at the Bethel Assisted Living facility was near and dear to my heart because often times seniors are forgotten. When I received the invitation to provide healthy cooking instruction to the group, I jumped right on it. The team and I had a great time and the seniors really seemed to enjoy the presentation and the food."
