"Fun Day" 333 Golf Tournament - Results
The Specialties Gourmet Team was proud to participate in the “Fun Day” 333 Golf Tournament held at Jake Gaither Golf course on August 27, 2005.

The tournament was open to all amateur golfers and provided an exceptional opportunity for men and women to enjoy playing golf, together. Held at Jake Gaither Golf course, 801 Tanner Drive, the battle between teams consisting of a male and a female, brought out several golfers from the Jake Gaither Women’s Golf League. In addition to the winners shown below, joining in the fun from the ladies league were Carolyn Daniels, President of JGWGL, Kim Williams, Vice-President, Annie Mae Knight and Pat McGowan (thank you for working registration!!).

Tournament Highlights

Using a random selection process for the pairings, two person teams played 9 holes of golf in the following formats:

Ø Holes 1 thru 3—Best Ball
Ø Holes 4 thru 6—Select-a-Shot
Ø Holes 7 thru 9—Alternate Shot
